I went to the Kay inside Rosedale Mall tonight to inquire about resizing my ring; I was already terribly nervous to ask to go up in size as that can hold harsh judgments, but both Shawna and Bailey at this location were extremely kind and quick to facilitate my worries with a lot of care and knowledge on keeping the integrity of my wedding band and how this process works. It made something I told myself would be very tough extremely easy! Both my husband and I have always been treated with immense kindness here, and even though we have moved away and several locations are now closer, we will always return for the service we get at Rosedale! Thank you Bailey & Shawna!

I stopped in the Kay Jewelers store in the Rosedale Center today. I had purchased a new watch, and I needed to have the watch band sized correctly. There were two beautiful sales associates on staff and both were very friendly and so accommodating. One of the young ladies sized the band, and made sure everything was right. I am so impressed with their great customer service. I will go back to the Rosedale Kay Jewelry store in the future for all our jewelry needs. Thank you again for your kindness and thoughtful help. You made my day!!

Today I came in to have my diamond checked for authenticity and was assisted by a wonderful consultant. She was highly professional and knowledgeable, quickly cleaned the ring, carefully examined the diamond, and confirmed its authenticity. She kindly did all of this free of charge. She also noticed that my diamond was loose, and I’m very grateful that I didn’t lose it and can now take it to a jeweler to have it fixed in time. I am truly thankful for her help and excellent service.
